Granite Packing

To prevent stone breakage, we strive to pack the stones with the utmost care. Transferring stones from one location to another is arduous and difficult, which increases the risk of breakage. There are numerous processes involved, including the use of forklifts, loading, offloading, and travel over rough terrain, among others. As a result, the manner in which the stone will be packed is crucial because if it breaks during shipping, consumer dissatisfaction will result. For packaging our stones, we adhere to a certified method and stringent regulations. In addition, we adhere to the IPPC (International Plant Protection Convention) procedures. As a result, our wooden crates are fumigated or treated with pesticides in order to prevent infections in wooden packaging materials and to preserve the environment. In accordance with ISPM-15 International Standards, all of our packed wooden containers are fumigated with methyl bromide to eliminate insects and other pests. Our fumigation standards are accepted by all international quarantine authorities.
